University Instructors LLC (“UI”), owner of PrepForward, respects the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that UI may collect from you through the PrepForward website (the “Site”), what we do with that information, and with whom we may share the information.
User Agreement
Each visitor to the Site (“the User”) is encouraged to review this Privacy Policy. By using the Site, the User is accepting the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy cannot be changed by the User.
Amendments
UI may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the amended version on the main Site.
Collection and Use of User information
UI collects and processes two types of User information: computer information that is collected automatically, and personal information that you enter voluntarily. All personal information is collected directly from Users, not from third parties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Automatic Collection of Computer Information
UI does not automatically collect personal information from you or about you (such as your name or mailing address). However, the Site may place small files called “cookies” on your computer to automatically collect and store certain types of data from the computer that you use to access the Site. UI uses this computer information to assess interest in the Site, and for other internal business purposes. If you would like to change your cookie preferences, please contact us.
Collection of Voluntarily Provided Personal Information
UI may request and collect certain personal information from Users who wish to be contacted by UI or to receive information about UI’s other products, services, and offerings, including those of its affiliates. This personal information may include the User’s name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address. You may opt out of receiving communications from UI and its affiliates by contacting the Site Administrator. UI does not request or collect other personal information such as social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or financial account numbers. You are under no obligation to provide any information about yourself, though certain information may be needed in order to respond to a request for information. We will not attempt to match this personal information with IP addresses and other automatically collected information, except as may be necessary to police misuse of the Site.

These non-UI websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and UI is not responsible for their privacy policies. The User is encouraged to review the privacy policy of each other website visited or used.
Disclaimer
Maintaining the security of your personal information is of utmost concern to UI. UI uses reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. However, no system can be absolutely secure. Consequently, you should not transmit to the UI website any health information or other information that you consider sensitive. UI cannot warrant the security of your personal information transmitted to our website, and you do so at your own risk.
Additional Information for California Residents
If you are a California Resident, you have the following rights with respect to the personal information UI holds about you:
- You have the right to request that we report to you how we collect, use, transfer, or sell your personal information.
- You have the right to request that we delete your personal information.

If we are unable to verify your identity, UI will not disclose any specific pieces of personal information to you and will inform you that we cannot verify your identity. In the event your request is denied in whole or in part, we will inform you of the reason for such denial.
